How long have you been in business?

I've been in business for 25 years, since 1992.

Are your meals delivered hot enough to eat immediately, or will I need to heat them?

My meals are ready to be reheated & have a label attached with full cooking instructions.

Can you ship the items in your Culinary Boutique?

Yes, I can ship to anywhere in the country via UPS. I add a charge of $5 for packaging and handling plus the shipping charge.

Do you also cater special events?

I discuss special event catering on a case-by-case basis. If I feel I can do an excellent job for your event, I'd enjoy the opportunity to do so.

I live in Springfield. Do you deliver there?

It depends how far out of my delivery area the address is (Eugene is my delivery area). There's an extra $5 charge for deliveries outside of Eugene, but I may decline delivery if the distance is too great.

Do you grow your own vegetables and use them in your meals?

Yes, I use some of my own produce in both my weekly meals and for my Culinary Boutique items.

Do you use organic vegetables?

I use some organic ingredients as well as some vegetables from my own organic garden.

Do you deliver your meals?

Yes. I offer free delivery to your home or office within the Eugene Oregon area. They come fresh from my oven ready for yours - with complete directions.

Where are your meals prepared?

In my ODA (Oregon Dept. of Agriculture) licensed kitchen.

What payment options do you offer?

I accept cash or check on delivery (COD) and pre-payments can be arranged as well.

Can I freeze your meals for later use?

Absolutely. They are easy to freeze and reheat at a later time.

What kind of containers do your meals come in?

All meals are delivered in a foil pan - which can then be used for heating them in an oven later.

Can I reheat your meals in the microwave?

After removing from foil pan, yes.

How far away do you deliver?

I deliver throughout the Eugene area.

Can you cook for people with dietary restrictions?

Frequently yes, depending on the specific restriction.

The cost seems to be about what I'd pay in a restaurant - why?

Consider the time involved if you were to plan meals, shop, prepare and clean up. My meals are quite reasonable for the high quality food you're getting.

Are you licensed?

Yes. My kitchen is fully licensed by the State of Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA).
